**Chef Gentile cannot stress enough that you are in no way limited to these items. This menu is meant to start conversation and thought about what you are really interested in serving. We can accommodate any taste, style or budget for your event.

Chicken Suggestions

Chicken breast, rolled and stuffed with: Prosciutto, cheese & mushroom/Broccoli, mushroom & cheese/Crab Shrimp/Veggies

Chicken Piccatta or Marsala with mixed mushrooms / Francaise

Chicken topped with prosciutto, mixed mushroom, Mexican chili pepper, sherry wine topped w/cheese & breadcrumbs

Pork Suggestions

Pork Loins Stuffed with apples, shitake, craisins, & walnuts

Smoked Pork Chops in a port, cranberry, orange sauce

Beef Suggestions

Filet or New York Strip: encrusted with peppercorns, chili rubbed,

Topped with breadcrumbs, or espresso rubbed

Kevin’s Famous Stuffed Filet, stuffed with a crab meat stuffing

Swordfish, Tuna, Snapper, Salmon, or Escolar prepared:

Puttenesca style in a tomato, white wine sauce with olives & capers/Or a lighter roasted garlic white wine sauce

Veal Rollatini rolled with prosciutto, cheese, artichokes, sherry wine

Veal Cutlets lightly breaded & topped with a fresh mozzarella & tomato salad drizzled with olive oil
